Hunter Sullivan may be contracted for performances, both public and private, through this, the official website. We will provide you with a detailed quote, and will first ask you to provide details such as: a) Type of performance, i.e. festival, fundraisers, galas, openings, receptions, corporate event, for-profit, etc. Charitable organizations with 501C3 status are eligible for significant discounts, our performance schedule permitting. b) Anticipated # of attendees (this allows us to guage technical & staging requirements) c) Exact date(s) and time(s) d) Size of performing ensemble: Hunter Sullivan utilizes 3 different configurations for live performance: 14-piece Big Band, 6-piece ensemble (consisting of piano, acoustic bass, drums, and horns [sometimes a guitar]), and finally, a 3-piece trio, consisting of piano, acoustic bass, and drums. We are happy to make recommendations based upon the type of event, size of performance area, number of attendees, and budget. We are equally accustomed to providing all sound and light production for our presentation and working with existing contractors. We have grand pianos available at additional fee as certain engagements may require. You may be working with an event coordinator, promoter, or agent already. We are happy to work with any and all professionals in the industry. If you might need these or other additional services (photography, videography, shuttle transport, insurance underwriting, floral, etc.), we have a list of preferred vendors and referrals we will provide you upon request.
